Rules


The rules are defined clearly in this section. If a player violates the rules of the game they might receive a fine ( sv² money: § = Space dollar ) or depending on the type of violation and the frequency of these, suspension from the game for a defined time period or even permanently. (More information under "Fines").


  • A player is allowed to posses one account. The player must be the sole user of this account.
  • If multiple players use the same computer with one IP address, the service must be informed. Otherwise the accounts will be tagged as multi users and fines should be anticipated.
  • It is forbidden to take advantage of bugs (=errors) for your own person or other players. Such findings must be reported IMMEDIATELY to the corresponding (game-)admins. (Topic in forum / in-game).
  • Players must respect each other and act in the terms of "fair play". Insulting expressions are not welcome either in the game nor in the forums. In such cases or observations the game-admins are immediately going to be informed. A punishment will be considered in such cases.
  • Spacevillage² is not liable for your accounts. Hence, everyone plays on their own risk! We reserve the right, at any given time to ban or delete accounts without prior notice.
  • Damage that has been caused by bugs within the game are not to be credited against Spacevillage². The player can not claim any compensation, such as reimbursement for money or workers that were lost due to a bug.
  • The providers of Spacevillage² are not liable for any damage done to person, object or label, may it be caused by Spacevillage² or the causer.


Punishment for the following actions are defined:


  • One-time, simple insult (game or forum): Suspension for 1 day
  • Repeating, severe insults (game or forum): Suspension for 3 days
  • Insulting of (game)admins: Suspension for 3 days
  • Remaining silent about a found bug: Suspension for 3 days
  • Using of a bug: Removal of the § and suspension depending on the gravity, being at least 2 days
  • If a player pretends to be a game(admin) through naming their character in such a fashion: Deletion of the account, the player can create a new account after wards.
  • If a player pretends to be a game(admin) through naming their city in such a fashion: Name change for the city and suspension for 3 days
  • To lie to a (game)admin: Suspension for 2 days
  • Not following the direction of a GA (game admin): Suspension for 1 day
  • Pretending to having found a bug, to be credited for it, which was not the case: Suspension for 7 days
  • Multi accounting: All multi accounts are banned for 2 months, which results in, deletion by the system. The real account is suspended for 3 weeks.


Note These rules can be changed, edited, and added to at any time. It is your responsibility to keep updated with them.
