I think the name says it all. This is popularity of your city. More popularity you have people immigrate faster. You can get popularity by building buildings.

This is nature index of your city. That means how "dirty" is your air in city. If its below 1 people will emigrate fast. You can improve it by building parks.

I think there is not much to explain, about this. People need something to eat. If you don't have enough food for your citizens they will emigrate.
